Lehigh University Astrophysics Day 27: Extra Time, Extra Sleep
Today was a Sunday, and that meant there were no lectures, and we could sleep in for as long as we wanted. My day started off at 12pm, when I woke up and rushed down to the dining hall to get some food before heading to some activities planned for the day. The special activity planned for today was the World Cup final watch party! The first activity I went to after eating was volleyball with a couple of my friends, and we played for about an hour before heading back to the dorm to freshen up before the soccer game started.

At 3:00, we went to an auditorium with a massive screen where the game was being shown. The entire room was cheering for Spain all the way through. Every time Spain made a breakthrough pass or a shot on goal, everyone in the room would gasp in unison. After Spain scored the match winning goal at the 106th minute, everyone in the room went crazy.

After the game ended around 5:30, we all went back to the dorm to get changed for dinner. After dinner I socialized with my friends in the lounge for a couple hours and went to sleep at around 12 to wake up and be energized for class at 9:00am the next day.
