CUB Astro Day 28

Since today was Sunday and mostly unstructured, the day got off to a slow start for me. When I finally left my room to go to lunch, I ran into Palma and Saadat in the hallway, and Aditya downstairs, and the four of us went to lunch together. The dining hall was really quiet today since it was a weekend (it was just us four, Tatyana, Jenny, and a few other non-SSPers), and it was nice to be able to peacefully stroll around the buffet without waiting in line at any of the stations.

After lunch, we had about an hour of unstructured time before we went bowling in the entertainment center attached to the dining hall. The bowling was super fun (I played with Aditya, Palma, Osric, Shayanne, Carter, and Yonathan in the same lane), and we also got to play some ping pong (Dr. Z participated)! Many of us were used to playing badminton or tennis rather than ping pong, so we kept hitting the ball off the table. Overall though, it was a great opportunity to hang out with our friends and relax!
